1. What we provide
Marsa provides the Order desk for food and beverage businesses as a subscription, in two editions: order desks for shops (storefront order capture, orders, stock, prep and suppliers) and order desks for distributors (a catalog link, orders, delivery notes, payment requests and reorder signals).
2. Payment and refunds
Each edition is billed as a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup fee, invoiced directly in Saudi riyal; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Distributor pilots follow the terms of their signed pilot agreement. There is no commission on your orders.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to upload the data you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload malicious files.
4. Estimates, not advice
The desk's figures and suggestions, such as reorder signals, prep quantities and stock states, are estimates from your own data, provided for information. Marsa is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsa's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
